Starlit Canary

Yes, another illustration of Canary Charm. It's not really a new design, just her godmother uniform for when she's "older". In her story, Canary interns at a godmother agency, and was basically...never promoted/treated fairly at work, just because of the fact that she isn't an angel, she's a pheonix half breed.
